Cancellation & Refund Policy​

  • Registration & Booking:
    Dinner registrations open two weeks before the original event date and close 48 hours before the event. Registrations are only accepted through **www.dinewithaviators.com**—reservations via email, phone, or social media are not valid.

  • No Refund Policy:
    As DineWithAviators operates with pre-booked restaurant reservations and involves third parties, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Instead, if you cannot attend, your registration and payment will be transferred to a future event of your choice.

  • Transfer Limitations:

    • Rescheduling is only allowed once. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, your ticket will be forfeited.

    • You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to transfer your booking.

    • No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a transfer.

  • Event Cancellations & Rescheduling:
    DineWithAviators reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

    • Your registration and payment will automatically be transferred to the next available event.

    • If the rescheduled date does not work for you, you may choose an alternative future event within 3 months.

  • Code of Conduct & Expulsions:

    • Any disruptive behavior, including harassment, inappropriate conduct, or repeated last-minute cancellations, may result in a permanent ban without a refund.

    • Attendees must respect the event’s +1 policy—bringing an unregistered guest will result in immediate suspension or permanent exclusion from future events.

  • Force Majeure Clause:
    If an event is canceled due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure circumstances, DinewithAviators will offer rescheduling options but is not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel, accommodation).
